We accept returns of items that are received by the customer as damaged or faulty. You will be given a full refund (including delivery charges).
We accept any other returns given the items are in original, resalable condition and have not been worn or damaged at the hands of the customer. Whether the items are in such condition will be determined entirely by DIRALI. In these instances you will receive a refund (excluding delivery charges).
We do not accept returns of items that are not in original condition or are worn or damaged at the hands of the customer.
Once returned items are received by us the refund will be arranged within 5 business days.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the items returned reach us. To that end please use registered post or a reliable courier service. DIRALI will not be responsible for returned items being lost in the post or not reaching us for any other reason.
All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. I.e. the proof of postage must confirm that the item was dispatched by the customer within 7 days of receiving the order. We do not accept returns of items after 7 days of the customer receiving the order.
